Beluga caviar is considered to be the highest quality, premium-grade of caviar in the world. The most expensive of caviars, Persian Beluga caviar comes from the beluga sturgeon (Huso huso), and is imported from Iran, which borders on the Caspian Sea, the world’s largest salt-water lake- the birthplace of the global caviar industry. 

This caviar consists of large, glistening, pea-sized eggs (also called grains) typically as large as 3.55mm with a darkened spot (called the eye). The eggs are soft but robust and clear. They range in color from faint gray-silver to black.

Persian Beluga caviar has a creamy-buttery flavor, with delicate, nutty undertones and a hint of ocean (salt water). Once served only to the most elite families in Persia and Russia, it is now savoured and enjoyed by discerning palates around the world.

Persian Beluga Sturgeon Caviar (Huso Huso) is the most sought after caviar on the global market. The taste is legendary with a soft and creamy texture. Available sizes 30gr, 50gr, 100gr, 200gr,and 300gr.
