Bukhara prune with pit from Khorasan, Iran. آلو بخارا
Bukhara prune is used in many Persian dishes and stews. This prune is not as dried as Torghabeh & Birjandi prune and has a sticky texture.
Prunes are a great source of Vitamin A, B and C. Dried prunes help prevent constipation and help improve gut heath. Dried prunes are rich in Iron and potassium.
